The research is expected to provide a clear exposure regarding the technology development on decisions using Commuter Line service. This research started from the new technology, so the concept in this research is the technology accepetance model which will influence an individual’s decision to use the service. One of the new technology developments are the usage of Multitrip Card in train transport services. This research used “Technology Acceptance Model” by Fred Davis and “Consumer Buying Process”. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative method, with the positivism paradigm, and the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data. This research used the causality explanative. The results of this study can be seen clearly that the technology acceptance models significantly influence consumer buying process. Given that it enhances the usability and ease of performance given the technology makes people decide to use the Multitrip card on their journey with Commuter Line services.
