This research discusses about the audiences response to the offensive verbal communication on  variety show television programs performed by Olga Syahputra. The purpose of this research is to know what the background is of the bad habits of Olga Syahputra, to know the audiences response to the offensive behaviour in the perspective of ethics, morals, and social interaction, and to know what the impact of the television programis on an audience of children. The theory used in this research is the Politeness Linguistic theory, Mass Communication theory, and communication theory, which serves to obtain a credible research. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources that are used are the KPI  experts, Humanist who once media observers, communication lecturer, an HRD (Human Resource Development), and student of the UNJ with a major in Sociology. From the research, background factors Olga Syahputra are because of the environment in which he is located, the level of his education, and lifestyle. Offensive  verbal communication made by Olga Syahputra have less value in ethics, manners, and moral responsibility. For childrens it is, very dangerous to be left watching without parental guidance. Suggestions and implications of this research are expected to make a more literate audience will again television programs presented by the media. Audiences can also have an open mindset in choosing television programs that deserve to be watched or not.
