The problem studied in this research arises from the phenomenon that in the present public service commercials have started to emerge in order to maintain the environmental community. Many advertisements appear on a television channel. The concept in this study is based on the content of advertising messages and these messages must be prepared according to rules and regulations. The external factors effecting the X factor are habit and willingness. This study is done to find out the relationship and the amount of impact these message content of Bulan Kesehatan Gigi Nasional commercial have towards the behavior of maintaining oral health. This research is conducted by distributing questionnaires to 57 students of Yayasan Nurani Insani as the samples. From the results of the questionnaires collected, the data was analyzed with a quantitative method using’s a validity, reliability, regression, and correlation. The results shows that if variable X increases, the variable Y would increase as much as 0,244 times, and therefore the public service commercial have a positive direction to the behavior of maintaining oral health.
