Network of East Asian Think-Tanks (NEAT) is a network of research institutes in the countries of the ASEAN Plus Three (APT) intended to provide intellectual support for the development of cooperation for the countries of East Asia. NEAT, founded was  in 2003 it is the mandate of East Asian Studies Group (EASG) in 2002 and is the second platform-track diplomacy in East Asia.

The series of NEAT activities are held regularly within 1 (one) year consists of Country Coordinators Meeting Network of East Asian Think-Tanks (NEAT CCM). In 2015, held 22nd Country Coordinators Meeting of the Network of East Asian Think-Tanks at the Sheraton Hotel, Yogyakarta from 4 – May 5, 2015.

LSPR- Centre for ASEAN Public Relations Studies (LSPR-CAPRS), represented by the Head of CAPRS: Yuliana Riana P, MM and ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN), represented by Mrs. Melanie Sweeta attended the 22nd activity Country Coordinators Meeting of the Network of East Asian Think-Tanks.

The 22nd Country Coordinators Meeting of the Network of East Asian Think-Tanks opened by the Director General for ASEAN Cooperation I Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja. The event was attended by representatives from ASEAN member countries and representatives / delegates from Japan, Korea and China.

Five countries including Thailand, China, Japan, Republic of Korea, and Singapore presented the NEAT Working Group Concept Paper and ASEAN Studies Center invite all who are involved in the ASEAN Working Group. In this regard, LSPR-CAPRS will also participate actively in the activities of the Working Group which will begin in July.
