One social group is often seen is a group of teenagers and even adults which are comprised of female. We can see this kind of group everywhere, ranging from schools, colleges, until in the office environment. With a background that possibility is almost the same, as described above, these groups proceed, survive, or may be lost, due to the social processes that occur among members or with other groups. As we know, the decision-making process that occurs within a group can sometimes be a complex thing. Sometimes there are too many things that need to be considered by the members of the group before they decide what decisions need to be taken. Groupthink theory is discussing how a group came up with their decision-making, with a wide variety of considerations that have been discussed in the theory, but there is still one thing that it seems to be added as an ingredient to enrich the theory, whether the age factor of the group members can influence the decision process decisions that occur within the group complexities that already exists, whether it can be overcome with age, or even advancing age and environmental influences then create new complexity. This is what it tries to be examined in this study.
