Karyawan\u00a0 sosial dapat menawarkan mengarahkan reputasi merek ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi melalui manajemen yang kaya dan representasi otentik. Karyawan sosial menunjukkan bahwa contoh dunia nyata tentang bagaimana sosial mengubah merek secara fundamental, itu membantu perusahaan mana pun untuk meningkatkan bakat internal mereka untuk
